Mark Challinor, from Foundry Lane, has been charged with conspiracy to supply Cocaine, conspiracy to supply MDMA, conspiracy to supply Amphetamine and conspiracy to supply Cannabis.
The 40-year-old was arrested on Tuesday 22 June.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Warrington Magistrates Court this morning (Wednesday 23 June).
The charges relate to communication, allegedly made through an encrypted device, in relation to the supply of class A and class B drugs.
