Two men from Liverpool have been charged by officers investigating burglary incidents in Cheshire.
Adam Blease, 34, and Neil Fathing, 33, were arrested after a BMW car was stopped by officers on the M65 near Preston at around 2.45pm on Monday 4 May.
Blease, of Altway, Aintree, Liverpool, has subsequently been charged with dangerous driving and burglary.
The burglary charge relates to an incident on Coppice Road, Willaston, near Nantwich, in the early hours of Monday 4 May.
A BMW and other items were stolen during the incident.
Fathing, of Pennard Avenue, Huyton, Liverpool, has been charged with attempted burglary, being carried in a stolen motor vehicle and possession of a class B drug (cannabis).
The attempted burglary charge relates to an incident in Bicknell Close, Great Sankey, Warrington, in the early hours of Monday 4 May.
Blease and Fathing have been remanded in custody and are set to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 7 May.
