The low carb option doesn’t have to be boring

Shopping list and ingredients
110g Smoked Salmon
4 large Eggs
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Chives or Parsley, chopped

FAT: 17G

Heat non-stick frying pan. Add oil.
Whisk eggs in a bowl & add to the pan.
Cook until bottom as set, add salmon & chives, cook for 1-2 mins more.
Fold in half then cut into 2 before serving.
