Swim or use the gym for less this new year as Halton Borough Council drops its leisure centre membership prices.
Whether you are already a member, or are thinking of joining, check out the new rates at Kingsway Leisure Centre, Brookvale Recreation Centre and Runcorn Swimming Pool.
A single membership will cost you just £26 a month (down from £31.50) and a joint membership is £47.50 a month, reduced from £55.90. This includes all three centres, swimming, the gym and health suite.
Other reductions include family tickets for £42 and £52 a month, plus swim or gym only memberships.

Cllr Phil Harris, the Council’s portfolio holder for sport and leisure, says: “These are great offers for the new year. It is a thank you to our loyal members, and we want to encourage new people to join, get fit and improve their health.
