A HGV driver from Merseyside has been charged with drink driving following a stop check on the M62.
Jack Marlow was arrested at around 12pm on Wednesday 7 July after officers from the Cheshire Constabulary Roads and Crime Unit stopped a HGV on the M62 near to junction 6, Tarbuck Island.
The 26-year-old has since been charged with drink driving and failing to stop for officers.
Marlow, of Bridgewater Way, Huyton, has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Warrington Magistrates Court later today, Thursday 8 July.
