FD Accountants was established in 2012 by the company director, Philip Latala, and was set up to provide clients with more than just the traditional accountancy services.
Having commenced in accounting practice in 1993, Philip qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with ACCA in June 2000. Leaving practice in early 2001, Philip went on to work in Senior and Finance Director roles in the following industries:
- Commercial Radio
- Finance Lending
- Digital Installation
- Renewable and Sustainable Energy
Being in senior financial roles of businesses with turnovers ranging from £100k to £36m, and also regularly being a board director in those businesses, has provided for a wealth of commercial experience, and to see things differently from just the normal accountant.
Since establishment, FD Accountants has gone from strength to strength, servicing hundreds of clients, with services ranging from simple tax advice to fully managed accounting services.
In 2017 FD Accountants became members of the Institute of Certified Practicing Accountants (ICPA), ensuring the right level of support and unrivalled knowledge is available so that the best service can be offered to all of our clients.
