Cheshire Constabulary is recruiting new police officers, with the application window set to open on Monday 24 May.
The force is encouraging everyone – women, people of all ages, people from black and minority ethnic backgrounds, the LGBT+ community and those living with a disability to think about becoming part of the policing family.
Deputy Chief Constable Julie Cooke said:

The force is expecting a high number of applications and the lines are likely to close early if the maximum number of applications have been received.
The application window will remain open for a minimum of 48 hours, after which we will continually monitor the number of applications that we receive to ensure that we are able to manage the recruitment process.
Once we have received the number of applications required we will close the recruitment window and no further application form submission will be accepted.
