BBC Radio 5Live will be at Widnes Market Monday morning (Christmas Eve) to do some interviews with traders and customers about Christmas shopping.
The station will be talking about how trade has been, any trends they are spotting, the mood on the market etc. Markets and the high street are in the spotlight at the moment with rise of internet shopping,
Interviews with trades and members of the public start from 8am, sporadically for an hour. So if you have ideas on how to save the high street and boost local markets, pop along.
Guy Kilt, the 5Live business presenter will be interviewing with a producer.
